FED: Gov't to make third ETS attempt in February=7

Senator Wong called on the opposition to recommit to agreed carbon reduction targets
- a minimum five per cent up to 25 per cent by 2020 - for reducing global emissions.

"The opposition should be clear with the Australian people whether in fact they are
walking away from the bipartisan commitment to the target range that has been in place
for some time," she said.

"Are they seriously saying that they no longer wish to commit to reducing Australia's
carbon pollution?"
